The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a purchase order to NETfusion, Inc., 352 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, MD 20850, for maintenance of the following Athene software: Acquire Agent (qty. 13), Control Center (qty. 2), Sentinel (qty. 2), Explorer (qty. 5), Analyst (qty.5) and Planner (qty. 5). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement; a written solicitation will not be issued.
