This will be a Requirements Type Contract for a base year with 2 one year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted, all interested parties may submita proposal. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is 10 March 2000; however, the solicitation will provide the submission requirements to include the exact date and time. This solicitation will be available on the web site http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. All contractors must register for the site and EACH solicitation to ensure that notification of changes are provided.
