The services consists of furnishing all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel and vehicles required to perform the operation and maintenance service of the water and sewage systems at Tub Run Recreation Area, Youghiogheny River Lake, in Confluence, Pa. The period of service will be for a base period with 4 option periods. It is anticipated services to begin on or about May 15,2000.
