This is a Combination Firm Fixed-Price/Indefinite Quantity contract with Award Fee. The work includes the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, management, supervision, and incidental related work as required to perform scheduled and unscheduled grounds and family housing maintenance for Military Family Housing units located at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA and in the city of Twentynine Palms, CA. -- The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for managing the total work effort associated with all services specified and to ensure the timely completion of those services. Management and administrative functions include but are not limited to: work reception, self help program, planning, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation, establishing and maintaining records and inventories, warranty enforcement, environmental management, and quality control. The purpose is to maintain all Military Housing and real property assets in a safe, sanitary, habitable condition, and in a good state of repair for the term of the contract in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, Environmental, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section E of the Contract Specifications.
