Elkhorn road, parking lot, and rehab project consists of reconstruction of approximately 3.1 miles of existing road. Work includes regrading of the existing road; clearing; drainage; installation of three cattleguards with associated fencing and gates; construction of a new parking lot; rehabbing of approximately 0.3 miles of road including hauling and placing aggregate surfacing from a Government-furnished stockpile; topsoiling and seeding.
