Tanker Base Upgrade: This project for the Forest Service Air Depot
Facility is on Forest Service land adjacent to the Missoula
International Airport. Project includes approximately 9000 sy of AC
pavement and approximately 2250 sy of PCC pavement, and includes
utilities such as sub-drains, storm drainage, waterlines, retardant
piping and exterior lighting. Demolition includes removal of a minimal
amount of existing AC and demolishing or revising existing utilities
and fence line. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid
Set (EBS) on CD-ROM format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs
available on or about 3 March 2000 at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM
disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply
is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number
DACW67-00-B-0018 when ordering. Requests Must Be In Writing and be
received before bid documents will be mailed. Requests may be made: (1)
by FAX to (206) 764-6817, (2) by completing the web request form for
the solicitation listed at http://www.nws.usace.army.mil/cntrct an
additional confirmation copy of your request need not be mailed. Please
be sure to include if you are a Prime, Sub or Plans Room. EBS CD-ROM's
may be picked up from the Plans Room Monday thru Friday between the
hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Submit requests by 2 February 2000.
Estimated dollar value is in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000 and
completion period is 210 days. Standard Industrial Classification Code
is 1629. This Procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business
Concerns. A concern is considered small if their annual receipts over
