System must be covered by a 4 year on site, next day warranty. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. The provision at Federal Acquisition Regulator (FAR) 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specific requirements stated above. This award will be based on price and availability that is most advantageous to the government.
