The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NAVSEA, intends to procure 2 each TAC4 Workstations (Hewlett Packard J210) from RB Enterprises, 9936 Mesa Rim Road in San Diego, Ca, on a sole-source basis. These computer systems are required for use with the AN/SYQ-13(V) Navigation, Command and Control (NAV/C2) system. The NAV/C2 requires a subset of the capabilities of the AN/SSQ-94 Mine Countermeasure Simulator (MCS) for use as a combat system navigation sensor suite simulator. Any substitution of hardware would not be capability to the AN/SYQ-13(V)3 software systems.
