Contractor will preform preventive maintenance services, and rotate
tires (to prevent flat spots) every 90 days and repair on as needed
basis to the following equipment (six work platforms, two boom lifts,
two Lincoln Scrubbers, and one water pressure unit). Contractor will
respond via telephone of fax within 4 hours of notification of
equipment failure. Contractor will charge the Government an hourly rate

6200 660309 I. Contractor shall be responsible for the preventive
maintenance inspection, cleaning, and compliance of manufacture
recomendations pertaining to the repairs of inoperative equipment. II.
The contractor shall replace all parts that are inoperative with
manufactures original parts to specifications. III. The contractor will
clean and test all repaired parts to assure compliance with operating
procedures. IV. Contractor will begain performing work within 24 hours
of notification. V. Contractor will provide six months warranties on
all parts against defects, and labor to replace. VI. All work and
repairs are subject to inspection by the Air Force without notice. VII.
Contractor will coordinate with the Government-contracting Officer
before starting work. VIII. Contractor will complete all work within 2
weeks of starting repairs subject to the availability of replacement
parts. IX. Contractor shall be responsible for all the installation or
contractors facility. X. Contractor will comply with OSHA SAFETY
STANDARDS and manufactures specifications while performing repairs. XI.
Services/repairs to be performed mutually agreed working hours between
8:00 AM and 5:00PM weekdays only. XII. Contractor will not chargetax
