The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with JetForm Corporation to renew Premium Support Services to support the Bureau's Mainframe Computer system. JetForm Corporations premium maintenance and support services 5.1 for Windows 95 includes: Technical Support Phone numbers, e-mail support services, Internet/Web support services, fax support services, a designated support team and free upgrades. Services are for a period of one year. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisitions procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above, on an all or none basis. All interested parities must submit a technical proposal that demonstrates the capability to provide premium maintenance support services for the JetForm 5.1 Windows 95 to include cost, within 1 day after the date of this publication. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service.
