C -- ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES SOL RFQ-2000-006 POC Albert Chan, Contracting Officer (415) 561-5428 Request for Qualifications: The Presidio Trust is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified environmental consulting firms to perform hazardous waste site management and related services involving soil and groundwater remediation sites throughout the Presidio of San Francisco, CA. The Presidio is a National Historic Landmark in a national park setting. The Trust plans to award a maximum of three (3) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts to firms demonstrating a successful performance history and strong capabilities in hazardous waste site investigation and characterization, management, remediation, regulatory agency negotiation, environmental compliance, environmental engineering; human health and ecological risk assessment; preparation of Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) investigation and decision documents; successful performance of site mitigation work for the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) (or other clients under DTSC oversight), including preparation of remedial action plans (RAPs); successful work with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board involving cleanups of petroleum contaminated sites, including preparation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs); and work at federally owned hazardous waste cleanup sites. Submittals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request For Qualifications (RFQ), including but not limited to: specialized experience and demonstrated technical competence, past performance, project approach, capacity to accomplish the work, organizational structure, and technology and information systems.
