Mark.Luetzow@scott.af.mil. AMC CONF/LGCFB is searching for potential
sources to provide a range of professional services required to assist
AMC in meeting command responsibilities to implement and manage its
participation in Aerospace Power Demonstrations and to report and
analyze such activities upon their completion. The contractor must be
able to perform such tasks as (a) assist HQ AMC in developing and
managing documents associated with Aerospace Power Demonstrations, (b)
consolidate inputs during the annual review of the US Air Force
Aerospace Power Demonstration Plan and prepare recommended changes, (c)
assist in development of the AMC chapter to include briefings, aerial
events, static displays, and transportation on organic lift, (d)
collect inputs from HQ AMC organizations and units participating in
CAPSTONE, (e) assist HQ AMC webmaster in development and management of
an Aerospace Power Demonstrations segment of the DOT homepage. The
contractor will be required to provide products that demonstrate a high
degree of familiarity with scheduling, budgeting, planning, conducting,
assessing, and reporting mobility. Contractor personnel working on this
task will require a Top Secret clearance. All classified work must be
done in an AMC designated secure working area. Total travel is not
expected to exceed two weeks per year. AMC CONF is currently
researching its options and assessing industry's capability to
accomplish this effort. AMC CONF makes no guarantees that a contract
will be awarded for this requirement. Contractors who are able to
satisfy the following requirements should submit a capability statement
and company overview to AMC CONF/LGCFB at the E-Mail address included
in this notice NO LATER THAN 20 JAN 00. All information must be
submitted electronically. Capability statements should include a list
of most recent and relevant contracts for providing similar services to
include contract number, place of performance, customer point of
contact, telephone number, contract type, amount of award, and period
of performance.The information should also include a very brief
description of the services required and whether performance was
considered acceptable or an explanation for performance problems noted.
Identify any existing federal supply schedules such as through the
General Services Administration or other existing government contracts
that may be used to obtain such services along with ordering
information. Page limit for the capability statements is 25 pages. All
data must be submitted electronically to the point of contact
specified below. This request for information is not a commercial
solicitation and the Government will not pay for any information
submitted or for any costs associated with providing this information.
