The VA Boston Healthcare System in Boston Massachusetts intends to contract with locally established medical centers, ambulatory care facilities, and medical practice groups in the Greater Boston area who have the qualifications, experience and expertise to provide primary medical care services. Preference will be given to those facilities located in areas with high concentrations of veteran populations. These Services shall be provided locally to veteran beneficiaries residing in surrounding communities within the provider's Primary Service Area. The offeror/ basic provider shall provide complete primary care services in a private hospital or clinic environment. The offeror will be expected to sub-contract for any required services, that it does not provide, at no additional cost to the government.
