The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) anticipates setting up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in order to complete required services for the re-engineering of the Office of EEO and Employee Counseling Services and conducting the change control management process at the Washington, D.C. facility. In addition, the Contractor will be required to automate and standardize the EEO Complaint and Quality Manual. The SIC Code for this procurement is 8742 with a size standard of $5.0 Million. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. Interested firms must submit a written request for a copy of the RFQ, which shall include a Statement of Work (SOW). Interested firms shall provide three (3) past performance references, to include a point of contact and telephone numbers for each, capability statements, and government discounts if offered. BEP will evaluate all quotes using the following factors: 1) Conformance with the Statement of Work (SOW); and 2) past performance. These factors are of equal importance. BEP will award to the Contractor whose quote provides the best value to the Government.
