The contractor shall be required to perform janitorial services for approximately 49,000 sq ft of space within the Medical Center. The Contractor shall be required to perform services Sunday through Thursday evenings from 4:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. This procurement is a small business set aside (Numbered Note #1 applies). The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12. Proposal will be evaluated in descending order of importance (a) Price, (b) Personnel Qualifications, (c) Past Performance and Demonstrated Capability and (d) Quality Assurance.
