Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is conducting a market survey to identify sources and increase competition acquisition opportunities for Allen-Bradley hardware and Wonderware software for Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) for equipment associated with Solicitation Number DACA01-00-B-0012 for the new Sewage Treatment Facility at Milan Army Ammunition Plant (AAP), TN. This request is only a market survey, not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list. It is for INFORMATION ONLY and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or announcement for a solicitation. The purpose of this Sources Sought request is to obtain information on potential manufacturers that would guarantee, for current interoperability with existing system components at Milan AAP, Tennessee. Allen-Bradley hardware(System 5 20 PLC) and Wonderware software (RS Logic 5, Version 3.21.00 for Windows) for Instrumentation and Controls is required for Solicitation Number DACA01-00-B-0012 for the new Sewage Treatment Facility at Milan Army Ammunition Plant (AAP), TN. The hardware and software shall be fully (100%) compatible with the existing basewide I&C for Milan AAP, which is an Allen Bradley System 5 20 PLC system and Wonderware (RS Logic 5, Version 3.21.00 for Windows) software. These systems utilize a proprietary data interface. Responses are required 14 days after publication of this notice. Responses should be addressed to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, ATTN: CESAM-CT-C (Room 6018), Mobile, Alabama 36628-0001 and will be directed to Mr. Tony Goretski. Firms interested in being considered shall provide manufacturer's name, product data and written statement of compatibility. The written statement of compatibility shall include necessary backup information and support documentation. A list of projects in which the described Allen Bradley hardware and Wonderware software compatibility has been successfully interfaced with shall be provided. The list shall include the exact location of the project and a point of contact with telephone numbers.
