Furnish all labor, equipment and materials for performing repairs to designated sections of erosion damaged shoulders of the Training Area Roads. Surface Preparation. The surface underlying thge geotextile is not required to be worked to smooth any irregularities. The geotextile shall be laid on the existing contour and slopes. However, the are underlying the geotextile shall be groomed to remove any protrusions that could damage the geotextile. The ground under the edges of the fabric (2' inside and 2' outside the border of the fabric) will be tamped to reduce erosion inthose areas once the stone is placed. Install geotextile. Riprap shall be carefully placed onthe geotextile liner in such a manner that adjacent stones are in close contact and in general have their greatest dimensions across the slope. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $13.5 million.
