COAST GUARD STATION VENICE, LOUISIANA SOL DTCG82-00-B-3WCA04 DUE 030900 POC Judy Stamper, 305-278-6724 The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials to complete the following: replace asphaltic concrete paving; provide additional parking spaces; provide asphalt paved connection to access road; replace storm drainage pipe; provide concrete encasement of east end boat basin bulkhead; replace existing tiger pass bulkhead with a new steel sheetpile anchored bulkhead; modify existing HVAC system; replace floor-mounted hot water cabinet heaters; replace emergency diesel generator; provide underground power feed to day board storage building; restore fuel farm electrical feed; paint exterior of station building; demolish potable water storage tank and pumps; replace backflow preventors and replace the existing hot water boiler and modify the existing hot water boiler fuel system. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business CompetitivenessDemonstration Program and is open to both small and large businesses participation.
