The procurement will provide for the fabrication of AN/SLQ-25A modification prototypes and associated engineering services for design studies and analysis. As producer of the AN/SLQ-25A, FEL possesses the corporate knowledge and experience and associated technical design database necessary to properly perform the effort. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirement.
