VA's estimated quantities for flu vaccine are 93,000 vials of the multiple (10-dose) vials and 38,000 boxes (10 syringes/box) of pre-filled single dose syringes. Requirements for Federal Bureau of Prisons, Health and Human Services Supply Service Center in Perry Point, MD; Indian Health Service's Regional Supply Center in Ada, OK; and Phoenix Area Indian Health Services will also be included in this solicitation. Contractor will be required to deliver the vaccine FOB Destination to Government facilities within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Numbered Note 12 applies.
