Foster & Freeman is the sole proprietary manufacturer of VSC 2000 systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Notes 1, 22 and 26.
