Background "Wright-Patterson Air Force Base OH is contemplating the purchase of 1 EA complete system for vibration/shock tests consisting of: shaker/power amp able to perform all acceptance tests defined by user; 24"" x 24"" head expander (or head plate) with 2"" grid of mounting holes; shaker controller (able to handle all acceptance tests defined by user); interconnecting cables, hoses, etc, acceptance test at supplier's factory; start-up assistance and operator training; applications training (must be taught by a qualified expert); and final acceptance test at customer's facility, in accordance with the Government furnished specifications, which will be available for review and download at http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil. The requirement includes first article testing and evaluation. Electronic procedures shall be used for the solicitation.
