This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for small business. Third party collection services include in and out patient billing. Billing provided by the Third Party Collection contractor from day one until collected. This solicitation will be evaluated on a percentage and past performance basis. Please view the Statement of Work provided within the Request for Quote. F25600-00-H3001 Amendment 0001 1. The government no longer requires a performance bond on this contract award.
