Correction: The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command intends to acquire property management services for the 234 family housing units located at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) in Kittery, Maine. Property management services required include tenant relations, budgeting, building and grounds maintenance, capital improvements, utilities monitoring, equipment and materials monitoring, and information management and reporting. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, parts, supplies, transportation, scheduling, reporting functions and contract quality control required to perform the property management services for PNSY. This is a combination firm-fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract plus award fee for a base period of one year with four one year options to extend, total duration not-to-exceed sixty (60) months. The procurement method is best value, price and other factors considered, using source selection procedures. The proposed solicitation is set-aside for small business award.
