The procurement is to assist in performing monitoring and enforcement of the federal preemptive manufactured housing program and to provide assistance to the 36 participating State Administrative Agencies (SAA's). The period of performance has a base year of 24 months with 2 (1) year options. The request for proposal release date will be on or about January 24, 2000. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation by submitting a written request along with two (2) self- addressed labels to the above addresses. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted.
