The following information is offered to clarify the scope and effort required in the Request for Information: AMC envisions a deliverable evaluation and recommendations consisting of a quantitive analysis with supporting written analysis, as opposed to a model, tool, or software program. The period of performance for this contract will be 90 days. There will be 30 days allotted after contract award for the successful offeror to obtain secret security clearances. If the successful offeror already possesses the necessary clearances, performance may begin earlier.
