Operational Contracting is attempting to identify companies that are interested in providing commercial travel services for official and unofficial travel at Hanscom AFB, MA. The contractor shall be primarily engaged in furnishing travel information and acting as agents in arranging tours, transportation, rental of cars, and lodging for official duty and leisure travelers. You are encouraged to describe your approach and procedures for the following travel services criteria: Compliance with travel policies (GSA mandatory programs e.g., Contract Airline City-Pair); Customer Service, On-Site or Off-Site Service, Hours of Operation, Emergency Services, Billing and Payment Procedures, Services related to making and booking reservations, Method and Procedures for Compensation to your company, Quality Control Procedures, and Ticketing (e-tickets and/or hard copies). Contractors that are capable of providing these services are invited to submit information. Respondents shoul identify whether they are a large or small business. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. This is not a request for proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited or received.
