The scope of work to be accomplished includes the operation, maintenance, repair and inspection for all water based fire sprinkler sytems and equipment; engineered chemical fire suppression system and equipment; pre-engineered (Ansul) chemical fire suppression systems and equipment; all diesel engine operation, fire pump and emgergency generator systems and equipment; and all fire alarm systems, equipment and componenets including automatic smoke control devices at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, Florida, 32826, by means of a firm fixed price and idefinite quantity contract. The term of the contract will be for a base year of 12 months, with options for four (4), twelve months periods, for a total duration of not to exceed 60 months. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED.
