Construct fire rated smoke barriers with oak doors and magnetic holders. Modify exit lighting and FACP. The work is 30% general and 70% electrical. The SIC code is 1522. The size standard is $17 million. The contract magnitude will be from $100,000 to $250,000. This project will issue on or about 21 Jan 99. Performance period shall be 210 days.
