Robins Air Force Base, GA is procuring an Air Force requirement for 1EA Hydraulic Wrench, P/N: PWA52666 (Rev. C), cart mounted, used for break away of rear compress or drive shaft nut; applicable to the F15/F16 Acfts. Government required delivery is 1EA of CLIN 0001 on or before 31 May 2000. Any supply item applicable to this document shall be delivered F.O.B. origin -- Freight Prepaid. If the remittance address is different from the offeror's mailing address, provide remittance address as part of the offer. Failure to provide this information may impact payment. Preservation packing/packaging shall be in accordance with ASTM D 3951. The RFQ, F09603-00-Q-70594, incorporates by reference the provisions of FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-4 with the following addenda: FAR 52.212-1(c): Period for acceptance of offers is changed to 90 days; FAR 52.212-4(a) Inspection/Acceptance: In accordance with this paragraph, the Government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies or services that have been tendered for acceptance. If the Government so desires to inspect, inspection/acceptance shall occur at the contractor's address or at the address specified by the contractor in the offer. Each offeror is required to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
