The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to: CAGE: 04939, Martin Marietta Corp, Orlando Div The Government lacks the data necessary to re-procure this equipment competitively and to evaluate offers from other than the original source. As a result, the government anticipates that this solicitation will result in award of a sole-source contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1. There are no Government Drawings or specifications available for this solicitation. This is not a small business set-aside. The Government anticipates releasing a paper Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 14 Jan 2000 to sources requesting a RFP document. Fax requests to the point of contact (POC) are allowed and should be requested in time to meet the RFP response date.
