Wright, Contract Specialist (970) 490-7523 The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing a turn-key DC power system consisting of the following: supply and install all battery systems, charger systems, DC/DC converters and all associated hardware, wiring, and related equipment at 17 sites; and remove and dispose of existing battery cells including intercell connectors, lugs and associated wiring. The project sites are located in the State of Wyoming. The project consists of 3 phases, with delivery and installation of systems in Phase I and II estimated to occur between May 1, 2000 and July 1, 2000, and Phase III estimated to occur between March 1, 2001 and May 1, 2001. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of this solicitation. Therefore, only a limited number of copies will be issued on a "first-come, first served" basis. There will be only one award made from this solicitation.
