Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal consisting of a Product Demonstration Model, Past Performance, Socioeconomic Program Support, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement, and Jarvis-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal. The quantity will be 2,793/Minimum and 5,187/Maximum. The solicitation will also contain two 100% term options.
