The catholic deacon will work approximately 17 hours per week. USSAH is a continuing care retirement community of approximately 1,150 retired and former members of the armed forces with an average age of 74. See the USSAH web site at www.AFRH.com. The award will be based on best value. The technical proposal is limited to five pages. The technical factors are 1) experience and capability to provide various catholic deacon services 2) price. This requirement is a simplified acquisition for commercial items up to $5 million in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.
