Q -- COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL SERVICES SOL RFQ-279-0026 DUE 050100 POC Cantigny Ann Arakaki, 925-803-2773 The Federal Correctional Complex Located at George Air Force Base, 13777 Air Expressway Road, Victorville, CA 92392 is soliciting for health services to be provided by a qualified medical entity. The health services shall include the following: inpatient/outpatient hospital services: inpatient/outpatient hospital and physician services will be provided at the contractor's facility(s). Medical services to provided at FCC Victorville would include, but are not limited to, the following: optometrist, dermatologist, dietician, radiologist, psychiatrist, etc. services will be required for a one year base period, with four-one (1) year option periods for a total sixty months from the date of award. Only medical facilities within fifty (50) mile radius from FCC Victorville will be utilized for impatient/outpatient services. The government intends to make multiply awards to the offeror which can provide all services. The estimated q quantities for each 12 month period of the contract are as follows: inpatient days -- 50: outpatient days -- 30. There are approximately 34 speciality medical services to be provided at the FCC Victorville for which quantity and frequency may vary.
