The purpose of this amendment is to change the closing date for this RFQ from 01/12/00 to 01/19/00 and to clarify the evaluation factors and the relative weights of each of the evaluation factors. The BEP will evaluate all quotes using the following factors: 1) conformance with the Statement of Work (SOW); 2) relevant experience with same or similar work; and 3) past performance. Conformance to the SOW and experience are equally important with past performance being of lesser importance. The Contractor shall provide three (3) past performance references to include point of contact and telephone numbers for each; capability statements that show experience and ability to meet the requirements of the SOW; and Government discount, if offered. Award will be made to the responsive offeror whose quote provides the best value to the Government.
