S -- CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR NEW PONCE OUTPATIENT CLINIC SOL RFP672-235-00 DUE 031300 POC Rey F Clemente (787) 641-2955 The San Juan VA Medical Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico has a requirement for a service contract for Custodial Services at the Ponce Outpatient Clinic, Ponce, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for this type of procurement. This solicitation is for Full and Open competition. SIC Code is 7349. The Base period of performance will begin on April 3, 2000 or the date of contract award whichever is later and continue through September 30, 2000. The contract includes four 12-month option years, which the Government may or may not exercise. This contract is subject to availability of VA funds. VA anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract based on the contents of this solicitation. The Contractor shall be responsible for requirements in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of this solicitation herein. The Government is not obligated to any specified amount of products and/or services, but will be obligated toprovide payments for all items/services requested in accordance with this solicitation.
