X -- LEASE OR RENTAL OF FACILITIES SOL TIRNO-00-Q-00073 DUE 012500 POC Contract Specialist, Maria Middleton (202)283-1309 The Interal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Westfield Reality, Inc., 1000 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 700, Arlington, VA, for the lease of twenty-two (22) unreserved parking spaces within a secured indoor garage for the period of 2/1/2000 to 9/30/2000. The Law Enforcement Divison of IRS currently occupies offices within this building and accessibility must be maintained with the highest level of security, due to the nature of what is being transported by the agents. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This parking facility must be within the same block as the IRS offices located at 1000 Wilson Boulevard. The Internal Revenue Service must have access to this facility 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365/366 days per year. The security access to this parking facility must be maintained by a parking garage attendant during operationhours and 24 hour access by any means (attendant, key card, etc.) at no additional cost to the government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A solicitation package will not be issued. Request for solicitation package will be considered nonresponsive. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Agency. All quotations must be received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, January 25, 2000.
