The Government will conduct a pre-proposal conference to answer prospective offerors' questions and requests for clarification concerning solicitation DAAH01-00-R-0004 and is limited to that purpose only. Questions and/or requests for clarification must be received in writing and by electronic mail (via Microsoft word 97) to the Government no later than 26 Jan 00, 12 Noon CST. Hard copy responses are to be delivered to AMCOM, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-TM-T/Felicia Jones, Redstone Arsenal AL 35898; Email responses to fjones@redstone.army.mil. The pre-proposal conference is scheduled on 4 Feb 00 from 9AM-12Noon, building 5250, Room M163, Redstone Arsenal, AL . The Government intends to include questions submitted "as stated" in the conference, therefore contractors should not include the company's identity in any of the questions. Attendance is limited to three representatives' from each prime contractor as defined above in reference CBD notice. Potential subcontractors may not attend. Prime contractors desiring access to the pre-proposal conference must submit a visit request by 26 Jan 00 for each representative providing the necessary information to verify the company's individual's security clearance to Ms. Felicia Jones at FAX number 256-842-7146. The Government will present prepared responses to the previously submitted questions and requests for clarifications at the conference and will furnish a copy of the material presented at the conference to all conferees. The use of recording devices is prohibited at the conference.
