The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting proposals for Vocational Counseling services, Chapters 18, 31, and 35 of Title 38 U.S.C. in various geographical areas of California (information provided in solicitation). The necessary actions of the contractor(s) includes the gathering of an in-depth history, the completion of a comprehensive evaluation of the individual's interest, aptitude and abilities, and an evaluation of their present physical and psychological conditions, as well as the writing of a personal, detailed, indivdualized and complete report on the information assembled by the contractor. The VA inends to award multiple award contracts for these services. The contract period is for a base year with 4 -one option year periods.
