Milner (202) 690-4358/fax (202) 720-9226 Provide all supervision and furnish all necessary personnel materials, equipment, supplies and facilities required to perform personnel monitoring dosimetry services for the detection of radiation exposure to USDA employees working with radioactive materials or equipment which produces ionizing radiation; and environmental monitoring dosimetry services for the detection of radiation exposure to the public at locations which use and/or store large quantities of radioactive materials. In addition, the contractor shall provide a personnel and environmental monitoring via an on-line computer database system, and USDA, Radiation Safety Staff (RSS) shall have direct access to the database. Services will be provided to USDA locations throughout the United States, its Territories, Mexico and Guatemala. All interested parties must be accredited by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program administered by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
