NOTICE OF INTENT TO MODIFY CONTRACT DAAH01-97-C-R295 The Government intends to negotiate and issue a sole source modification to Contract DAAH01-97-C-R295, awarded 17 Sep 97, to Interactive Television Company, 1800 North Kent Street, suite 920, Arlington, VA 22209, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to add range options for an additional 1 -- 300,000 labor hours, necessary travel, and material (covering approximately 39 months) for joint command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and space sensor/engagement grid integration, test and demonstration. The Government does not possess sufficient technical data necessary to support acquisition from any other source. Interactive Television Company is the sole developer and integrator of the following software applications and is the only firm with the established knowledge, experience and technical data required to fulfill this need: Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (ADOCS), Land Attack Warfare System (LAWS), Phase I -- Naval Fire Control System (NFCS), Multiple Unified Simulation Environment/Air Force Synthetic Environment for Reconnaissance and Surveillance (MUSE/AFSERS) Control Station Surrogate, and MUSE/AFSERS Advance Visualization Environment.
