T -- PRINT AND DISTRIBUTION/SERVICES FOR UNIFORM BANK PERFORMANCE REPORTS (UBPRS) SOL 99-00765-C-S2 POC sharon r. drakeford (202) 942-3685 The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is searching forPrint and Distribution Services for Uniform Bank Performance Reports (UBPRs). This is not a request for competitive proposals. The purpose of this notice is to develop a list of qualified vendors that can meet our business needs and requirements. The Contractor will be able to provide all necessary personnel, services, materials and supplies for producing the FFIEC Uniform Bank Performance Report (UBPR) on a quarterly basis. The UPBR Project Team is responsible for producing the UBPR print image files (cartridges) and oversight of the entire UPBR project, which includes producing and distributing the UBPR reduced hard copies for various users within the FDIC user community. This not only includes the individual institution UBPR report, but four additional hardcopy reports (cartridges), an order form and UBPR User Guide. The quarterly production an ddistribution for the individual institution UBPRs consists of the following: -- approximately 10,000 individual UBPRs to each institution located in the United States including its territories and possessions, -- approximately 10,000 individual UBPRs to numerous State Banking Departments (approximately 50) located in the United States inlcuding its territories and possessions.
