The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and services necessary to provide restraints for various interior office furnishings and mechanical equipment to prevent overturning or other damage during earthquakes. Modify the connection between the top of the interior Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) interior partitions and the structural steel frame by welding additional side plates through the wall. Modify the existing weld in select moment resisting connections in the steel frame structure it improves it's seismic performance.
