DESC: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform the following work: 1.1 Remove the existing single ply membrane roofing on the Electronic Support Detachment (ESD) building, the existing EPDM roofing on the Club (kitchen), including rigid insulation, flashing, wood blocking, curbs, and fascia. Remove associated gutters and downspouts. 1.2 Install new foamed roofing, new wood blocking, new curbs, new fascia and new gutters and downspouts on ESD and Club (ktichen) roofing. 1.3 Remove loose rust and unsound paint from the metal roofing surfaces on the Club as recommended by the polyurethane roofing manufacturer, prime cleaned surface, if required, and install new foamed roofing on the cleaned metal roof. 1.4 Pressure wash and repaint the sloped EPDM Club roofing. 1.5 Repair valley flashing for the shingle roof at the main entrance to the Club.
