Furnish all supervision, plant, labor, materials, tools, and equipment to upgrade the existing Squadron Officers_ School Student Dorm, Building 1432 and 1433 at Maxwell AFB, Alabama. The work includes but is not limited to rehab each living quarters for improved billeting including renovation of support areas, i.e., laundry room, living room, kitchens. Project shall include new interior finishes (carpet, gypsum wallboard, trim and paint), complete new mechanical system, fire protection sprinkler system, and upgrade of electrical and plumbing systems. Renovate the exterior of the building by installing exterior insulation finish system on exterior walls, and installing sloped roof trusses and shingles. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT). RESTRICTED to 8(a) contractors in Region IV that have a SIC code of 1522 among their approved SIC codes.
