A 3 years requirements fixed price contract is contemplated for the repair/overhaul/modification of Front Fan Ducts, NSN 2840K0214761DPT, P/N 4084279 and Rear Fan Ducts, NSN 2840K0214760DPT, P/N 4084280 applicable to the F100/200/220 Engine. Best estimated quantities are 38 each for the 1st year; 28 each for the 2nd year and 23 each for the 3rd year. Approved source is Techspace Aero, Milmort Belgium Mfg Code B1316. Appendix "A" applies IAW T.O. 2J-F00-13-5 and T.O. 2J-F100-906 for the Front Fan Duct Assy and IAW T.O.2J-F100-13-5 and T.O.2J-F100-907 for the Rear Fan Duct Assy. Form/Fit/Function: Machining, removal and replacement of detail parts to modify F100-PW-100/-220 front and rear fan duct assemblies. Predominant material of manufacture: titanium and nickel alloy. Qualification Requirements are available. In order to be considererd for award, offeror must be a qualified source at the time of award. Award will not be held up awaiting source approval.
