Cart Washer is located at the VAMC St. Louis, MO. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 1.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition regulation FAR Subpart 13.5 test program; simplified acquisition procedures apply. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: a written solicitation will not be issued.
