This market survey is to locate additional sources or alternate sources for the overhaul and repair of VTRs, NSN 5836-01-212-1622 and 5836-01-430-8724. Currently being repaired by Precision Echo Inc., 3105 Patrick Henry Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95054. Technical data and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWRs) are not available for overhaul and repair from the Army. Only those offerors who can meet the total overhaul and repair capability of both NSNs, should respond in writing, to Commander, CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5007. Offerors proof of their ability to meet government requirements shall, as a minimum include the following: a.) equipment availability and validated bench and flight test data to show the offeror's capability to meet OH-58D Helicopter operational requirements; b.) must meet three (3) year performance warranty; c.) must have depot level technical documentation and test equipment.
