solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured
by Dayton-Granger, Inc. and others. Access to the NSNs is available via

world wide web-refer to WEB LINK. Offerors should be aware that there
is a potential for multiple awards. Federal Stock Classes (FSCs) to be
covered under this project include items for DSCC, DSCP, and DSCR. The
FSCs are 1560, 5340, 5970, 5825, 5895, 5920, and 5999. The solicitation
will not be available until 15 days after published in the CBD.
Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed
acquisition is a one year (365 days) indefinite delivery indefinite
quantity contract and the solicitation contains an option to extend the
contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government.
The total extention shall not exceed four years. This acquisition is
for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete,
unrestricted technical data, therefore, the Government intends to
solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of
10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources include (see the website
http://www/dscc.dla.mil/p/pl/ple/cit5.html (or the Section B disk).
While price will be a significant factor in te evaluation of offers,
the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price,
delivery, past performance, socioeconomic and JWOD programs as
described in the solicitation. Refer to Section "M". All responsible
sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation as applicable, which,
if timely received will be considered by the agency. CBD Notes 9 and 26
